Position:STORE SALES Report to:Store Manager 

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-          Learn brand business strategic, make sales plan per brand feature and achieve it.

了解品牌的经营方针，依据品牌的特色和风格制定销售计划并完成公司销售指标。

-          Participates in all the product presentations held in the Store.

参与店铺内所有产品系列的销售和展示。

-          Knows the warehouse stock of the assigned products thus maximizing sales.

了解所负责产品的仓储情况以促进销售的***化。

-          Mantain outstanding customer service as per company standards.

根据店铺标准维护重要客户。

-          Deals with complaints, with the support of a manager, if necessary.

处理客户投诉，在必要情况下寻求经理的帮助。

-          Strictly obey and implement sales policy and regulation.

严格执行公司有关销售的各项政策及操作规程。

-          Coordinate with market, product and other department, enlarge the marketing rate and promote the brand popularity.

协调公司市场，产品等其他部门，不断扩大公司产品在市场的占有率及品牌知名度。

 

 

JOB QUALIFICATION

-            At least 1 years working experience in the Retail or Service Industry

至少1年零售或服务性行业经验。

-           Senior school or above the Senior school

高中学历以上。

-            Experience in the Luxury industry is preferred

具有奢侈品行业经验优先。

-            Good communication skills for interacting with different kinds of customers

良好的沟通技巧以应对不同的客户

-            Passionate, Dynamic, Responsible and Patient
