Recruitment

• Assist with the recruitment activities ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process at all times
• Carry out recruitment for retail staff and office interns in alignment with company’s budget
• Identify and appoint appropriate recruitment channel and sources and manage all aspects of recruitment activities to ensure hiring the right calibre timely
• Facilitate background check for Retail Supervisor or above level positions; prepare salary proposal and employment contract for manager’s approval and signatory

• Involve in recruitment projects such as recruitment days to build Jimmy Choo image as an employer of choice

Human Resources Services

• Responsible for maintaining the personnel record for retail employees
• Ensure up-to-date retail employees personal and leave records are maintained
• Set up account for new joiners and collect their photos for uploading in Global Intranet
• Manage the human resources functions such as on-boarding process, promotion, transfer, resignation are executed in accordance with the Company policies
• Ensure all HR activities comply with the legal and statutory requirements
• Assist in the implementation of HR programs and policies in a quality manner
• Any ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager
