Mission:      Grow sales revenue and market share in our chosen markets whilst delivering excellent Customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an operating sales plan based on sounding business data analyses to penetrate markets within the assigned geographical area of responsibility and generate sustainable growth;

• Balance customers’ requests against market prices and company’s margins by implementing Value Based Pricing;

• Develop and manage network of commission agents, business hunters, partners and sponsors within Institutions and Scientific community to exploit generation of sales opportunities and brand awareness;

• Interpret customers’ requirements and provide solutions using responsibly the limited technical resources available within the company;

• Manage CRM and analyse statistics regarding market, segmentation, sales and margins.

• Sales revenues vs AOP

• Gross Margin vs AOP

• Customer Satisfaction (KPI to be developed)

• On time Deliveries: sustainable Lead time
