Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

• Assistant to execute the collection strategy in agency area so as to enable it to achieve the target.
• Execute new initiative to achieve collections and recovery target setting. LI budgeting and forecasting.
• Support the reduction of credit operation costs through improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of credit operation process / strategies.
• Ensure all collections policies and procedures comply with Group Policies and Standards. Assure proper and updated documentation of all in-country policies and procedures are maintained at all times.
• Manage outsourced debt collection agencies to deliver recoveries and operational assurance.
• To be a dedicated Debt Collection Agency Officer, handle customer request, resolve various customer feedback and negotiate with customer on default payment.
• Assist to strengthen the team capacity and enhance engagement with people
• Enhance communication within and among team across Retail Risk organization as well as the business.
• To ensure good control mechanisms are in place and to ensure satisfactory audit clearance.
• To support the regular submission for CST, KCI, etc.
• To ensure that all collections activities are carried out in compliance with the agreed standards and with due recognition of the regulatory guidelines within the country. Group Collections and the overall OR framework.
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank’s Conduct Principles: To follow with Dos and Don’ts, Code of Conduct, Treat Customer Fairly Principal, Fraud Risk Mitigation Framework and Group Collection Standards.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

• At least over 5 years working experience
• Strong negotiation skills to manage the problem loan portfolio in the Area.
• Knowledge of Collection operation model build up, Collection & Recovery strategy design & vendor management.
• Understanding of consumer credit cycle and key drivers of retail & SME products.
• Understanding of consumer business strategy & key product characteristics.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively to all levels.
• Good financial knowledge & accounting understanding

主要工作职责/挑战

• 把控和管理外包催收公司的工作，协助执行外包催收公司的回收策略；跟踪电催、外访作业各项考核指标达成情况，监督考核部门内技校情况，带领催收公司完成月度考核指标;
• 负责本渠道催收工作的管理和监督,对团队成员的工作进行指导和监督，有效地进行风险防控；
• 结合日常催收工作中发现的问题和操作经验，提出意见和建议，为优化工作流程，改善考核标准提供业务支持；
• 通过提高信贷运作流程/策略的效率和有效性，支持信贷运作成本的降低；
• 确保所有催收政策和程序符合集团政策和标准。确保在任何时间，所有相关政策和流程有合适的和更新的文件记录在案；
• 及时有效地处理客户要求，解决客户的各种反馈，并与客户协商逾期金额的还款事宜；
• 确保有良好的监管控制机制，并确保符合各项审计要求；
• 协助定期提交CST，KCI查核相关文件；
• 确保所有催收行动均按照规定的要求进行，并符合当地管理准则、集团催收手册以及操作风险架构的要求。

任职要求

·       本科以上学历，金融、商务管理相关专业优先；

·       至少5年以上金融行业运营管理或催收公司管理工作经验及基础的法律相关知识；

·       有一定的贷后管理基础并熟悉不良帐款判断分析、催收、保全等业务流程并对贷后调查、违约人沟通、不良帐款外包、法律诉讼等催收方式有丰富经验；

·       有较强的业务和数据敏感度，具备良好的沟通能力、学习能力和团队协作精神，能承受一定的工作压力，渴望在快节奏的公司提升自己，创造价值；

·       具有良好的书面表达能力、数据分析能力。熟练使用Office软件，能用Excel处理宏观数据；

·       英语读写能力良好，可以独立完成外部及集团内部审计、稽核
