1.与仓库和运输公司联络、协调运输事宜；

2.客户订单处理以及完成出货计划；

3.完成客户需要的所有报告；

4.提供良好的建议与服务以满足客户需求；

5.操作和维护物流管理系统；

6.完成领导分配的其他任务。

岗位要求:

1.大专以上学历，物流、国际贸易或英文专业优先；

2.2年以上无船承运业务货运代理操作或客服工作经验；

3.有强烈的责任感，愿意去学习，能在压力下工作，良好的团队合作能力；

4.良好的英语读写能力

5.熟练使用物流管理系统以及Office办公软件；

6.具有良好的沟通技能。

Main Responsibility:
1. Liaise and coordinate shipment with warehouse and shipping;
2. Process orders from customers and complete the shipment deliver plan;
3. To perform all reports required by customer;
4. To provide good advice and service to customers to satisfied demands;
5. Operation and maintain the logistics management system;
6. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:
1. College graduation, prefer majored in logistics, trading or English;
2. 2+ years NVOCC freight forwarding working experience or customer service, in warehousing would be a big plus;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and work under pressure, good team player;
4. Good command of English in reading and writing;
5. Familiar with logistics management systems and skilled in MS office;
6. Good command of communication skills.
