1、按图纸和工艺流程卡加工零件；

    

Machine parts according to the drawings and technical process card;

    

2、独立操作钻床,加工塑料、普通钢、高速钢、钛和类似材料的工件；

    

Operate independently CNC drilling machines to machine workpieces of plastic, normal steel, high-speed steel, titanium, and similar materials;

    

3、负责区域内机床及工具设备的管理和维护保养；

    

Manage and maintain the machines, tools and equipment in the area under his responsibility;

    

4、遵守工作和安全规则，遵守质量标准和质量方针，积极配合持续改善流程；

    

Comply with work and safety regulations, quality standards and policies, and actively participate in the continuous improvement process;

    

5、负责生产现场及车间的5S工作。

    

Take care of the 5S at the workstation and the workshop;

    

6、参与任何涉及安全操作规程的制定或更新

岗位要求：

？  熟练地读图能力

Proficiency in reading drawings;

？  掌握与钻床的单件生产、设定、操作和编程有关的知识。

Mastery of knowledge about single part production on, setup and operations of and programming for CNC machines;

？  了解普通钢、高速钢、钛和塑料的材料加工性能；懂得使用与生产相关的测量设备，

Knowledge of the machining properties of normal steel, high-speed steel, titanium, plastic, etc. and ability to use the production-related measuring devices and tools;
