职位描述
服务专员主要负责依照丝芙兰理念提供最好的购物体验。同时,她们会参与店铺与日常运营相关的收银,收货,退货,存货盘点及促销活动等工作。
The main responsibility for Service Officer is providing best shopping experience to customers according to SEPHORA attitude. Meanwhile, they will participate in store daily operation, eg. Cashing, Receiving, Returning, Inventory, Animation etc.
工作职责Responsibilities:
-顾客服务Customer services
1.为我们的顾客提供彩妆,护肤及香氛的专业咨询服务
Meet and exceed by providing expert knowledge and service of make-up, skincare, perfume and consultation to our customers
2.依照SEPHORA的服务理念“Sephora Attitude”为顾客提供服务
Conduct customer service adhering to SEPHORA service Concept “Sephora Attitude”.
3.服务过程严格遵循卫生法则和规章制度
Be responsible to work according to Hygiene rules and regulations
4.店铺需提供免费的礼品包装和产品体验服务
Implement Gift-wrap and products-trial in store
-销售管理Sales Management
按公司规定的标准妆容及制服要求接待顾客
Welcome customers in standard makeup and uniform
全面了解顾客的需求,为顾客提供咨询建议和挑选合适的产品
Provide Consultant Services and suitable products to customers and after a comprehensive understanding of their demand
参与店铺定期的促销活动
Participate in regular Animation
-培训与发展Training and development
参加并完成SEPHORA大学的基础培训和考试
Enroll and complete SEPHORA University’s Basic training and examination
熟练掌握三个品类的知识和技能,并且试用期内通过高级护肤/高级彩妆/高级香水的培训及考核
Well known knowledge and skills of Make-up, Skincare and Fragrance, and successfully pass the training and testing of Advanced Make-up, Skincare and Fragrance in probation
与店内同事分享经验,在学习与成长中相互支持
Share best practice to other BAs and support each other for leaning and growing
参加由店铺管理者组织的店内培训
Attend in-store training conducted by store leader
主动学习和积极争取在公司内部的发展机会
Proactively pay attention to learning and development opportunities within company
-责任区域管理Zoning Management
准备责任区域内的产品陈列并及时将产品补充到货架上
Set-up and check merchandising presentations in responsible zone, and finish Replenishment timely
保持货架及抽屉的清洁
Ensure gondola and drawer cleanliness are maintained
保管公司的固定资产,如桌椅及电脑等
Protect fix assets of company, like desk, chair, computer, etc
-收银Cashiering
根据公司要求,参加收银培训并通过测试
Attend assigned training and test in order to become a certified cashier by acknowledging company policy and procedures
按照收银流程以及标准操作程序为客人购买的产品进行结账
Properly handle customer with their merchandising at cashier counter
严格按照CRM政策和流程操作,避免违规发生
Strictly follow up CRM policy and procedure to avoid any CRM fraud case happen to our customer
-库存管理Stock Management
协助店铺经理保证货品库存平衡
Support Store Manager to secure the shortage and Safety in store
建立近效期货品按先进先出的统计系统
Make a prompt statistic of soon-expired product and sell by FIFO
参与收货、调货并记录准确
Participate in product receiving, transfer and inventory and make proper record for reference
保持货房的干静整齐
Keep stock room clean and tidy at all times
-其他工作Other responsibilities
全程协助店铺促销的前期准备
Support to finish all animation preparation
严格尊敬和遵守公司各项政策及规定
Respect and comply with all company policies and rules.
完成店铺经理不定时分配的工作
Complete the work assigned by store management from time to time
