  JOB SUMMARY  

 

  

Responsible for complete, timely and accurate master data set up, maintenance and change management for all Order to Cash transactions. Provide necessary instruction or training for users on master data request in system and approval matrix. Provide data analysis support when required and upon proper approvals. Ensure compliance with Corporate Internal Control Standards and audits. Includes both local China and Global Support of other Regions/Countries.

  

 

     JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

·         Create and maintain master data including material, customer, vendor and price. Responsible for data validation, entry and management.

·         Create and maintain process data including BOM, Routing, Production Version, Work Center etc.

 ·         Assist in ERP system project to support business

 ·         Provide guidance on end user requests for updates to MMR, CMR, VMR and PL database

 ·         Run data reports for the auditors or end users when required and approved.

·         Coordinate to prepare team performance matrix for monthly review.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  

 

  

A Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

  

Required a few years experience in Master Data analysis or Operations.

  

Good knowledge of master data processes and how they relate to manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer order management.

  

Good computer skills such as Microsoft office.

  

Good spoken and written English communication, a second language of Japanese would be a plus.

  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  

Strong data analysis and problem solving skills.

  

Strong work commitment and can work under pressure.
