岗位职责：
1、 全面负责公司新项目的谈判工作；
2、 能独立根据谈判需求起草法律文件，审核双方合作协议，为集团提供法律及财务方面的建议和意见。
任职要求：
1、 有法律和财务背景，有与大型国企合作的工作经验；
2、 思路清晰，逻辑性强，谈判能力强；
3、 认同公司的文化价值观，并将此落实到日常管理工作中；
4、 沟通协调能力强，形象良好。
