    ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.     Keeping close communication with Germany TSC and PM team, provide professional technical recommendation for new electronic product development, timely finish new electronic products and design change products testing work and test report before launching.

2.     Managing the testing and inspection work for distributor returned defective electronic products and properly handle.

3.     Managing and train TSC team and dealer electronic product service team, continually improve their technical capability, providing quick and efficient Level 2 technical support to dealers and customers. Help dealers to solve the difficult and critical problem for electronic products.

4.     Periodic counting and analyse HG CN electronic products claim data, making the monthly quality report, organize the quality meeting with supplier.

5.     Keeping close communication with Germany TSC, feedback the critical issues to HQ TSC and keep tracking, get the efficient solution for problem solving.

Requirements on knowledge & skills:

Knowledge:  

n College degree

n Good English skills both oral and written

Skills:

n Technical Service experience for electronic product >3 years

n Familiar with sanitary or other relative product

n Willingness to travel.

n Good communication skills

n Team spirit
