ACCOUNTABILITIES

l  Demonstrate ability to apply problem solving skill, identify cost drivers and effective cross-functional communicate.

能够巧妙解决问题，并识别成本驱动因素以及进行有效的跨职能沟通

l  Conduct financial analysis on the actual operating conditions and complete all financial analysis reports

针对实际经营状况进行财务分析，完成各项财务分析报告

l  Review and analysis operation cost performance, ensure accurate and timely communication with operation team, always prepared to translate operating practice into financial impact in a discussion environment.

审核和分析运营成本绩效，确保与运营团队准确及时的沟通，随时准备在讨论的环境下将运营实践转化为财务影响。

l  Respond to various analytical requests from operation team and business segments.

响应运营团队的各种分析请求

l  Provide information to the senior management of the company for reference

为公司的高层管理人员提供可供参考的信息

l  In charge of month end closing process and budget  & financial forecasting

负责月底结账流程, 财务预测、年度预算:

l  Able to identify and analysis abnormal cost beforehand and provide challenge on it.

能够事先识别和分析异常成本, 并提出质疑

l  Participate in the preparation of long-term Strategy Plan and project analysis

参与制定长期战略计划和项目分析

l  Familiar with SOX regulations and check internal control process

熟悉SOX相关规定，并对公司内部控制流程进行相应的检查

Specific Job Requirements:

？  Education & working experience:  

？  Bachelor degree or above, major in financial management or related；

？  本科及以上学历，财务管理相关专业；

？  At least five years relevant financial working experience in manufacturing Company at least 3 years experience in related work

？  五年以上制造企业相关财务工作经验，从事相关工作3年以上的经验；

？  Possess professional skills certification, with CA/CPA/ ACCA/CIMA Priority

？  具备专业技能认证，优先考虑 CA/CPA/ ACCA/CIMA；

？  Comprehensive financial expertise, with management Experience；

？  全面的财务专业知识，具备管理经验；

？  Familiar with accounting system, tax regulations and financial related laws and regulations and policies;

？  熟悉会计制度、税务法规及与财务相关的法律法规政策；

？  Proficiency in masteringExcel & PPT，SAP Experience is preferred ；

？  熟练掌握Excel & PPT，有SAP经验优先 ；

？  Strong self-learning and self-management skills，Self-improvement willand team work.

？  具备较强的自我学习和自我管理能力，自我提升意愿以及团队合作

？  Have awareness of data management, analysis and alert，and analytic, integrative and problem solving skills,

？  具备对数据的管理、分析和提示预警意识，以及分析、综合和解决问题的能力

？  Proficient in English
