Responsibilities

1.       As lead HW development engineer, he is deeply involved in full cycle of HW product design including component selection, circuit design, layout, test and debug for Analog and digital embedded products

2.       Perform simulation for his designs like power switching, driver circuits, analog & digital circuits

3.       Write and contribute to quality test plans, customer requirement specifications

4.       Be the technical expert of HW team, review others’ design, coach junior developers, improve team technical competence

5.       Be responsible for the product to comply with related international safety and quality regulations

6.       Be responsible for product approbation like CE, UL, CCC

7.       Be responsible for the product sustaining and provide solutions for field problems

Requirements

1.       Master or above, majored in electronics, automation, controls or relevant electrical area

2.       3~8 years experiences as electronics product designer in electronics / electrical / automation controls / telecom companies

3.       5+ years experiences on power and analog circuit domain including power supplies, drivers, and / or

4.       5+ years experiences on digital circuit domain including CPU circuit, digital interfaces like Ethernet, USB

5.       Strong electronics analytical and system integration skills

6.       Solid experience on industrial control product development like drivers, controllers, sensors is a plus

7.       Solid experience on telecom equipment development like switches, routers, gateways is a plus

8.       Experience on global product development is a plus

9.       Efficient, strong ownership, result driven, speed focus

10.   Good communication, strong team spirit, good leadership and coaching skills

11.   Fluent in English speaking, and good documentation capabilities
