Responsibilities:

  

1. Reconcile and audit orders to customer contracts / purchase orders.

2. Ensure orders and change orders are booked in accordance with Coherent’s global bookings, SOX and revenue policies.

3. Review sales order packets for completeness and accuracy.

4. Enter and Book orders in the global Oracle ERP System including service contracts.

5. Work closely with Finance, Planning, Manufacturing Operations and Shipping to ensure terms and conditions are properly met.

6. Interface with customers, Sales and other departments to address and resolve issues related to bookings.

7. Ensure on time bookings.

8. Provide timely order status and tracking information to internal and external customers.

9. Work with key account Sales and Services engineers on all levels of support for external customers.

10. Manage and resolve backlog issues including order hold release, product configuration issues, item number discrepancies and purchase order requirements.

11. Provide month end and quarter end support as needed to achieve corporate goals.

12. Participate in projects and goals to support Department and Corporate goals.

13. Process post sale service orders and RMA’s for replacements and depot repair orders in via the Oracle CRM system.

14. Process and coordinate internal product purchases and transaction management for fulfillment of in-direct sales through our China distribution inventory.

15. Communicate and coordinate shipments and deliveries with our international and domestic freight forwarders.

                              

 

  

Requirements:

  

1. Excellent English skill including speaking, listening, reading and writing.

2. More than 5 years working experiencing in Order Management and ERP system.

3. Good skill of Microsoft Office.

4. Good communication skill.

5. Exceptional team player.
