Job Title: Finance Analyst

Division: Finance& Administration

Reporting Line: Senior Finance Manager

Location: Shanghai

SUMMARY

The primary responsibilities for this position is to ensure accounting compliance to statutory requirements and group policies, support day to day reporting and analysis, support budgets, forecasts and strategic plan activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

l Liaise with accounting team to ensure financial data integrity, including proper books, records are kept and conformance to legal requirements in respect of tax, accounting in China

l Responsible for reviewing accounting records prepared by the accounting team and preparing appropriate adjustments according to the Group accounting policies.

l Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and company policies

l Responsible for preparing treasury reports

l Support the brands' China Finance manager to prepare corporate reporting and analysis package

l Involvement in budgeting and forecast and EVA activities for new business development

l Involvement in the YOY/Budget/Forecast variance analysis.

l Coordinate the brands' payment application.

l Coordinate the brands' tax related issues.

l Involvement in other ad hoc assignments and projects

QUALIFICATIONS

l Bachelor Degree and above in finance or accounting field or equivalent is preferred

l Minimum 3-year relevant financial analysis experience

l Good command of both spoken and written English

l Possess good communication and strong analytical skill

l Well organized, self-motivated as well as a good team player

l Proficient in MS Office
