ROLE PURPOSE

Familiar with equipment management process and master at advance management concept. To keep equipment in good condition and improve the equipment efficiency that can ensure the product output and quality, the serial measures must be taken to the whole equipment process comprehensively and efficiently. Fully responsible for equipment management and basic on the team work to continuously improve performance and equipment operation efficiency.

熟悉设备管理流程，具备先进的设备管理理念。通过采取系列措施对公司设备进行全过程、综合有效地管理，保持设备完好，提高设备效率，保证产品的产量和质量。在团队分工合作的基础上，全面负责设备管理工作，持续提升团队绩效和设备运营效率。

ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Base on the current operation system and management tool to make and carry out the equipment management plan. Assistant and guide team member to finish pointed task and solve urgent breakdown to control equipment running in good condition.

在现有的运行体系和管理工具的基础上，制定和执行设备管理计划，协助和指导团队成员完成既定任务，解决突发故障，有效管控设备运行状态。

2. Make sure production smoothly by using professional knowledge and experience to solve equipment breakdown.

运用专业知识和经验解决设备故障，保障生产顺利进行。

3. Lead the equipment team to continuously improve maintenance efficiency and keep operation smoothly and the first time.

带领设备团队，持续提升维修效率，第一时间保持生产的持续性。

4. According to SAP analysis breakdown data to make and implement the improving plan to continuously promote the equipment efficiency.

利用SAP分析停机数据，制定并落实改进方案，持续提升设备利用率。

5. Reasonable manage the spare parts stock to control equipment downtime.

合理管控备件，有效管控设备停机时间。

6. Carry out TPM and build systematic management to ensure equipment running efficiency and control level.

TPM推行及体系化管理搭建，保障设备运行效率和管理水平。

7. Assist with company management, such as keep the running of ISO, OHSAS and N5 system.

协助公司管理工作，如ISO,OHSAS,N5等体系运行。

8. Complete other related tasks efficiently and participate in various trainings actively to improve self-professional ability and practical experience constantly.

高效完成其他相关任务，积极参与各类培训，不断提高自身专业能力和实战经验。

Requirements on knowledge & skills:

Knowledge:

n Full-time college degree or above and major in Mechanical Engineering or related project

n 全日制专科以上学历，机械工程专业或相关专业

n English skills both oral and written (can communicate the problem and understand the machine documents)

n 英语熟练，能够联络故障及理解设备英文资料

Skills:

n At least 3 years working experience work as equipment engineer in Manufactory company

n 三年以上生产设备工程师工作经验

n The experience of spare parts management and TPM system running is preferred

n 有备件管理及TPM系统运行等实际工作经验优先

n The experience of management is preferred

n 有团队管理经验者优先

n The experience of Robot and automatic production line is preferred

n 有机器人及自动生产线经验者优先

n Good communication ability

n 良好的沟通能力

n Team player

n 团队合作精神
