What will you do

  

 

  

• Responsible for a team to develop sales to achieve related targets

• Create and follow up own business strategies to increase the performance of your team

• Responsible for your own customers to maintain and develop business

• Identify business opportunities and find ways to transform it into accountable results

• Use your existing network and expend your business connections to contact potential clients with all possible ways to promote RECA′s services and unique selling points for client advantages

• Frequently travel in mainland China, with focus on Huadong and Guangdong area

• work closely with the Managing Director for company compliant strategies and developments

              

What is required 

• Minimum of 7 years experience in Industry and B2B sales field

• Bachelor or Major in "Business" or "mechanical/industrial" subjects

• Advanced knowledge of C-parts, tools and industrial solutions such as Kanban and VMI

• Experience in managing a sales team

• High level of self motivation, know how to organize yourself and experience to work independently

• Hands-on mentality and strong spirit to complete tasks successfully

• C1 driver license

• Native in Chinese and fluent in written and oral in English
