岗位职责：

1.负责起草和修订党建、纪检各项制度，党委、纪委工作报告、年度工作计划、总结及相关文字材料。

2.负责党建工作会议议题收集、资料准备、会议记录等会务工作。

3.负责参与企业文化建设、策划党建活动并组织实施。

4.协助做好党支部的管理，规范”三会一课“、组织生活，对支部工作给予指导。

5.完成上级党委和公司领导交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1.大学本科以上学历，中文、思想政治教育、马克思主义哲学等相关专业，中共党员。

2..具有较高的政治素质、拥护党的路线、方针、政策，具有强烈的事业心和责任感。

3.有较强的文字解读能力、语言表达能力，文字功底扎实，能够独立承担综合性文字材料的撰写。

4..具有5年以上大型国有企业党务、纪检监察工作经验者优先。

5.有较强的抗压能力和团队协作能力，熟悉国有企业党务、纪检工作政策及流程。
