Job Description
Multi-location texile firm is looking for a CFO. Ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in textile trade. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chairman and assume the strategic role in the overall financial management of the company. This position will oversee three locations and their respective staff. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. Job Responsibilities: Provide strategic management of the accounting and finance functions of multi-store locations Directing accounting policies, procedures and internal controls Manage and oversee the relationship with independent auditors Collaborate with other members of the Executive team on strategic initiatives Identify opportunities within the organizations to help the companies attain growth, cost reduction and maximization of resources Support and lead the organization through growth and change Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities The requirements of this role are CPA, accounting experience.
