职位描述
柯达乐芮售前工程师的工作目标是协助销售及渠道推动项目签单，以完成合同签订为工作结束，工作内容如下；
- 熟悉柯达乐芮产品系列硬件及软件相关解决方案
- 协助销售人员拜访用户，向用户介绍公司和公司的产品
- 协助渠道经理对总代，分销商进行相关技术培训。协助独立解决方案供应商提供技术支持及解决方案设计
- 售前支持需求
- 参与招投标会，技术方案编写、标书的准备。对客户进行技术、商务上的讲解和答疑
- 与用户进行技术上的交流和沟通，了解用户在项目上的需求，提供清晰的技术构架，制作出可行性项目方案，从专业角度为客户进行讲解，引导用户到本公司的技术方案上根据客户的招标书，根据招标书的要求，结合前期与用户交流的情况，编写投标书，做到完整，清晰，有特点
售前工程师需具备的能力及经验；
- 熟悉扫描行业的技术和产品动向，具有技术专业知识，了解行业，同类产品及其竞争对手的情况和特点和的技术发展方向
- 善于交流，有良好的沟通能力和技巧
- 编写方案、标书 等辅助资料经验
- 虚拟团队合作经验
- 对售前工作热情，具备独立工作能力
- 三年以上扫描，打印或计算机相关行业工作经验
- 大学本科及以上学历
