职位描述

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

主要职责：

  1. Implement strategic marketing communications plan to build and grow Meggitt brand in energy & equipment segments.

  2. Plan and execute branding & marketing communication activities to support business growth through both traditional and digital tools.

  3. Lead the communication plan of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.

  4. Develop systematic customer facing and field facing sales tools, including product literatures, point of sales materials, videos, sales support website, social media tools etc.

  5. Develop strategy and manage Institutional external communications including but not limited to news release, public relations activities, press communication, industrial events.

  6. Organize and coordinate industry trade shows, partnership events and customer events.

  7. Partner with portfolio marketing team to build successful communication tools to support program launches.

  8. Manage vendor partners including agencies, contractors and liaison with Meggitt corporate communications and division partners.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Education and Experience:

  1.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, marketing communications, or similar.

  2. 8+ years marketing communications experiences.

  3. Experience setting brand leadership strategy and tactics.

  4. Managing communications efforts across multiple customer touch points and media channels – including print, email, digital.

  5. Ability to effectively manage large, complex projects in a matrixed organization.

  6. Excellent project-management experience with scope definition, budget, quality, time etc.

  7. Leadership and managerial experience with vendor partners.

  8. Demonstrate business to business communications expertise.

  9. Excellent team player and demonstrate learning agility in the dynamic business environment.

  10. Demonstrate strong skills in problem-solving and negotiating to ensure all communication elements fit strategy to create impactful messages and delivery against business objectives.
