REPORTING

- Reports to China Duty Free Director Michael HU

MAIN FUNCTION (What do I contribute to the company ?)

- Collect & Check DF shops of trading area information to give assistance to China Duty Free Director.

- Coordinate and follow up promotion plan and sales target to make progress.

SPECIFICITIES (Elements that are unique to this function)

- Ability to build cooperation with China Northern manager & Southern manager to achieve all promotion targets.

- ACTIVITIES AND REPONSABILITIES (What does the job entail ?)

- Coordinate GWP application and usage control.

- Follow up orders and shipments

- Collect DF shops monthly sales / stock to support and push sales managers to get orders from DF shop.

- Collect Camus and competitors retail price, all of promotion activities.

- Coordinate produce the wall bay / Gondola / light box transparent between DF shops and Marketing Dpt.

- Sorting supply contract

- Good natured, smiling, respectful.

- Style and demeanour in line with the CAMUS brand image.

- Fluent Conversational English

- Operates the computer skilled, using word / Excel.

- Precise with great attention to details.

- University graduate
