岗位职责:

1. 分析中国区域内的财务管理信息和业务结果。
2. 为品牌发起集团整体层面和领域的盈利分析。针对表现不佳的部门，并建议可改善盈利能力的措施。
3. 对企业资本投资提供经济决策支持
4. 负责集团财务管理、跟进预算以及财务规划的制定，包括财务年度计划, 3年或5年的预测等。
5. 撰写财务分析报告、投资财务调研报告，可行性研究报告
6. 市场/材料成本/采购深入分析，寻找提高销售业绩的机会。
7. 其他指定的财务分析工作。

Responsibilities：

1. Analyze management information and review business results for the region of China.

2. Initiate all level and areas profitability analysis for the brand. Identify underperforming units and recommends actions to improve profitability.

3. Prepare economic justification for capital investments.

4. Manage and follow through the development of budgets and forecasts including annual AOP, 3 or 5 years’ projection etc.

5. Create and maintain financial statements and special reports reflecting operating results. Manage the integration of the financial reporting and seeking to continually improve and streamline the reporting process.

6. Prepare the deep analysis on the Sales/Marketing. Identify the opportunities for improving the sales performance.

7. Any other ad hoc financial analysis duties as assigned.

任职要求:

1. 具有会计、财务和业务应用能力的专业知识。
2. 了解业务盈利能力的重要功能要素，并推动业务发展
3. 良好的组织协调能力以及团队合作精神
4. 良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力
5. 统招大学本科学历，财务或会计专业，或工商管理硕士学位。
6. 至少8年金融相关工作经验。必须具备区域层面的财务分析经验。

Requirements:

1. Expert knowledge of accounting, financial principles and ability to apply in a business setting.

2. Business Acumen. Knowledgeable of functional elements which are important for business profitability in order to influence, drive and positively impact business results

3. Ability to build trust and gain support of personnel across organization.

4. Ability to work effectively in a team based, dynamic environment, collaborate and share knowledge.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese

6. University degree in Finance or Accounting and/or MBA with emphasis in Finance.

7. Minimum of eight years in Finance’s related role. Prior experience of Business Financial Analysis at regional level is a must.
