Job Responsibilities: -Capable of conducting industry and market analysis to work out business development plan -Identify target customers, analyze their business needs and make appropriate recommendations or proposal -Work with external customers and internal team members to establish scope of work, basic workflow and resource plan -Responsible for price quotations submission and negotiation with customers -Provide guidance to various internal teams to meet customers' needs and job requirements -Maintain excellent account management and build strong customer relationship Pre-requisites: -Bachelor Degree or Diploma holder with at least 5 years working experience in Business Development, preferably in -Supply Chain Management/Logistic/E-commerce/Printing or related industry -Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing supply chain management solutions to address customers' requirements/gaps -Good knowledge of regional and international developments with regards to supply chain management, including -market/customer trends and needs -Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills -Pleasant personality and outgoing character with strong team sprit -Proficient in Microsoft Office software -Fluent spoken and written English -Familiar with MNC operation -Preferably with current customer base 岗位职责： -根据行业和市场分析制定业务发展计划 -发掘目标客户，分析客户需求并提供合理化建议 -与客户沟通，并协调内部生产，根据业务流程和资源计划制定工作计划 -进行报价及价格谈判 -根据客户需求为内部生产提供指导 -建立良好的客户关系 任职要求： -本科以上学历，5年以上销售或业务开拓经验，熟悉供应链管理或物流或电子商务或印刷，有类似从业经验。-良好的分析能力，能够为客户提供供应链管理方案 -了解国内国际供应链管理发展方向，特别是客户和市场需求及发展态势 -较强的沟通、公关技巧及良好的表达能力 -性格外向，团队意识强 -能够熟练使用各种办公软件 -良好的英语基础，英语口语流利 -对跨国公司的运作非常了解 -拥有一定的客户基础为佳
