As a Supplier Development Engineer, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Building Products Business Unit (BU) based in Shenzhen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

As a Supplier Development Engineer, you will be important to realize EMS factory timely, accurate, high quality and low cost of delivery. In CNILX SZ SDE is responsible for multiple activities as below:
1. EMS factories management including:
a) Lead NPI schedule and mass production at EMS site.
b) Monthly/weekly EMS report, including quality, delivery, NPI, ECO etc.
c) Process improvements project.
d) EMS material preparation reviewing and follow up.
e) 4M change management.
2. Support R&D sample making.
3. Support the product paperwork.
4. Provide support for all product and system audit.
5. Risk and capacity assessment.

Your Task as a Supplier Development Engineer will include the following:

？ EMS continuous improvement in manufacturing process, and service level, promote EMS operation performance and response ability.
？ Improve the EMS operation management platform, optimize the EMS management processes and specification.
？ Familiar with OEM/ODM outsourcing, EMS management experience is preferred.
？ Be familiar with the communication/electronic product supply chain planning, production scheduling, production site management, quality management and manufacturing process.
？ Be familiar with the process of new product development and NPI/TPI import process.

？ Bachelor’s Degree and major in Science and Engineering.
？ 5+ years of Production Management work experience with new Energy Products such as UPS/Inverter/EVI etc.
？ Well versed about the EMS manufacturing process and test procedures.
？ Experience on 6 sigma Green Belt or have similar experience is preferred.
？ MNC experience is added advantage.
？ Basic knowledge of Electric Product Reliability Test and Verification.
？ Able to work independently with the guidance of team leader and Results-oriented with good ability to collaborate with others.
？ Familiar in MS-Office, Outlook, SAP computer skills are preferred.
？ Fluent with both oral and written English.
