As a Supply Chain Engineer, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Building Products (BU) based in Shenzhen. ABB is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

As a Supply Chain Engineer, you will be responsible for supplier management and a key member in the SCM organization to realize the target on cost, delivery and quality.

Your Task as a Supply Chain Engineer will include the following:

？ Work with Project Manager to achieve cost reduction target.
？ Responsible for Category SCM KPI: Cost reduction, EM%, payment days etc.
？ Responsible for sourcing for new product introduction based on project schedule.
？ Drive the SCM localization/second source projects for assigned category following Dynamic Evo-lution process.
？ Lead long term supplier relationship and strategy management.
？ Lead/drive supplier issues resolution.
？ Implement ABB global SQM policy and tools and Follow ABB supplier base management process, including qualification, performance, and classification.
？ Drive/Lead supplier quality/delivery/cost improvement and supplier related Six Sigma projects.
？ Lead supplier audit in China and Asia: Supplier qualification, process audit and sustainability.
？ Follow up new component qualification for customized material.
？ Follow up FAI process for new components.

？ Bachelor’s Degree and major in Management or Engineering.
？ 5+ years SQE or Sourcing work experience with Mechanical or PCBA.
？ Basic knowledge of Circuitry, Power Electrical Components and Supplier Negotiation.
？ Well versed about the EMS manufacturing process and test procedures.
？ Good understanding of the quality tools, reports, systems.
？ 6 Sigma Green Belt or have similar experience is preferred.
？ Able to work independently with the guidance of team leader and results-oriented with good ability to collaborate with others
？ Familiar in MS-Office, Outlook, SAP skills are preferred.
？ Fluent in both oral and written English.
