Summary:

Responsibilities:

  1) Project Management:

• Coordinate or lead the global/regional projects, regulatory projects, business projects, operational projects, etc.

• Communicate with different stakeholders and manage the working group and project meetings

• Project documentations

• Analyze the situation and solve the issues with the assistance by the Manager

          

 2) Business Continuity Plan & Information Security  

• Coordinate with all the departments in the bank for BIA, BCP procedures, BCP test

• Contact with support team locally and in Singapore, contact with Paris BCP/ISS team

• Manage the BCP local vendor, and outsourcing assessment

• Provide valuable opinions on the improvements of BCP/ISS

 

3) User Support

• When users raise any question or issue, be able to investigate and provide a solution, work as an internal consultant

• Be able to run data and analyze the data for the users

• Review the bank procedures from any of the departments and provide opinions

  Requirements:

• Bachelor degree/Master degree, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience

• Good communication skill

• Good command of English speaking and writing

• Good personality: curiosity, hard-working, team spirit, kindness

• Microsoft pack (word, excel, ppt, visio, project,etc), plus but not mandatory if know programming

• Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines
