职位描述
任职条件：
1、招聘***服务员，身高1.6米以上，五官端正，形象，气质佳，普通话标准
2、有较强的服务意识，从事同行业工作半年以上
3、爱岗敬业，吃苦耐劳，有责任心
4、具有较强的沟通能力、协调能力，应变能力
岗位职责：
（1）服从主管安排，按照工作程序与标准做好各项开业的准备工作。
（2）营业后，按服务程序及标准为客人提供优质服务。
（3）严格按照工作顺序和标准为客户服务，处处为客人着想，尽量把服务做在客人开口之前。
（4）当班结束后，做好收尾工作。
（5）熟悉菜单和酒水单，积极向客人推销，按规格填好客人的点菜单和酒水单。
（6）认真做好自己所负责区域设施、设备的清洁保养工作，保证提供优雅洁净的就餐环境。
（7）积极参加培训，不断提高服务技巧技能，提高服务质量。
（8）完成上级交办的其他任务。
