Responsibilities:

- Capital Market Operations including of relevant regulatory reporting such as bond, FX spot & forward, derivatives, loan & deposit.

- RMB payments, including of cash transaction, inward & outward remittances, cheque remittances, clearing, domestic bills

- Foreign operations, including of compliance checking of supporting documents for inward & outgoing payment under SAFE’s rules and regulations, payment booking, Foreign exchange operations

- Processing of documentary credit

- Processing of documentary collections - Processing of foreign bills

- Processing of guarantee issuance and received

- Processing of loan & Deposit - Daily report for balance of payment

- Daily report for AML (Anti-money laundry)

- Bond activity operations

- Make other relative reports as required

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or foreign trade or relevant

- Good command of both spoken & written English

- Skilled use of Microsoft office, such as Excel, PPT etc.

- Cautious and studious working attitude

- Team work spirit

• 负责资金后台操作和相关监管报表：债券，即远期外汇交易，衍生产品，存贷款业务。

• 负责海外业务,包括合规检查支持文件内与即将离任的支付安全的规章制度下,付款预订,外汇业务

• 负责处理跟单信用证

• 负责收集各种相关文件

• 负责处理外国汇票

• 负责处理信用证的发行和接收

• 负责处理贷款和存款

• 负责日常收支报告

• 负责反洗钱每日报告

• 负责债券业务的后台操作

• 按要求做相关报告

  岗位要求:

• 本科及以上学历，金融或外贸相关专业

• 良好的口语和书面英语

• 熟练使用微软办公软件,如Excel, PPT等

• 谨慎和勤勉的工作态度

• 团队合作精神
