Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
?Full ownership for revenue deduction execution for all schemes covered by commercial policy (collection discount, annual rebate, bidding compensation etc.) and special compensation approved by Management.
?Daily operation responsibilities of payment process including
1)Prepare compensation/rebate application documents for T1/T2 distrib-utors
2)Collect Negative Invoice Authorization Notification and Compensa-tion application(with distributor seal) from distributors
3)Prepare credit note request form etc. for internal approval
4)SAP input for actual payment
5)Print Credit Note and send to distributors with company seal
?Support discount/rebate/compensation calculation and review
?Support special compensation execution process (price cut etc.) including supporting documents collection, review, check and communication with commercial team.
?Support month end closing booking.
?Support revenue deduction reporting and documentation per internal con-trol requirements.
?Improve the customer (internal/external) satisfaction for actual revenue deduction communication and reconciliation.
?Support other ad-hoc assignment from direct manager
Ideal Background
Education:University degree preferably in Finance / Economics related subject.
Languages:Good written/spoken English and Mandarin required
Experience:
?1-2 year experience in a business/financial capacity, including possibly operational background.
?Good business and finance acumen and strong analytical skills.
?Graduate is acceptable with high potential.
