职位描述
Job Purpose:
Provide the Pharmaceutical Process Unit with all R+M services required to maintain, up-date production equipment, provide troubleshooting on production equipment; Initiate and implement projects; Coordinate and organize engineers and technicians resources to satisfy process unit business requirements; Support and back up other Process Unit engineers and technicians.
Key responsibility and accountability:
1. Carry out the repair and maintenance work and troubleshooting to production equipment timely in accordance with established budgets & policy.
2. Implement all necessary measures, in order to ensure adequate and timely operation/readiness of Production Equipment and Installations.
3. Perform in-depth professional technical analysis on pharmaceutical equipment failure in pharmaceutical plant.
4. Carry out preventive maintenance to the production machine & archive PM documentation following GMP requirement.
5. Implement and maintain preventive maintenance systems, including management of spare parts and high failures parts for equipment.
6. Establish and maintain comprehensive technical documentation libraries and technical data files.
7. Carry out Qualifications and ensure Change Controls of machines, equipment and installations.
8. Work with Calibration Engineer to accomplish calibration tasks on equipment and instruments.
9. Keep and manage good repair and maintenance record.
10. Install, relocate, equipments when needed.
11. Maintain good relationship with colleagues, satisfy the requester when carry out the R+M work for other section.
Qualification requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in Engineering science such as Mechanical Engineering, Automation, electricity.
2. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading & writing.
3. Above 5 years' experience as R&M Engineer.
4. Can do shift work (night shift)
5. Good communication skills, good teamwork player and can work under pressure.
