Mission:
Establish relationship with wholesale distributors and ensure exclusive distribution partnership in main regions of China.?
Work Responsibilities:
- Develop brand marketing plans for China market
- Create environment and support for sales team to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing teams (trade marketing, PR, designer etc.) to implement the brand marketing plan on time and within budget, monitor the progress and the results and propose changes where appropriate.
- Control price structure and budget allocation
- Implement the strategies and tactics required to achieve profitable growth.
- Develop and implement ATL/BTL program plan according to agreed brand strategy and measure their results.
- Maintenance of the relevant reporting tools to control the activity.
- Maintains the good legal standing and image of the Company.
- Leads sales team by example by creating and maintaining relationships with distributors during annual company events
- Deliver the right corporate/brand message to external groups, including press, government, industry association and other related organization, through different appropriate opportunities and events
- Develop and maintain the influential working relationship with major media and analysts in China
- Work closely with sales team ensuring right distribution channel. Providing sales team with necessary trainings, samples, product knowledge, venue support (POSM, training, promotions), tracking sales volumes and venues performance (payments, contracts, product delivery, amount of new customers), helps increase amount of distributors and trade customers;
- Presenting Camus on alcohol exhibitions in order to gain new distributors. Control projected brand image (prices, brochures, give away materials, POSM, follow up system, merchandising)
- Work closely with marketing team and nightlife activation team to develop/impellent depletion and sales volume
- Will also be responsible for any new initiatives/assignments/ programs requested marketing director.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in related consumer goods industries, prior wine and spirits experience is a plus. Understanding of local alcohol business specifics
- Highly motivated individual, energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
- A high degree of personal presence with good influencing and strong social skills
- Great social skills (conflict negotiation, work under pressure)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
