职位描述：
ACCOUNTABILITIES

？ Responsiblefor both hansgrohe and AXOR brand events and PR communication, including but not limited to designer & developers events, new product launch, media events and exhibition
？ Develop event strategy for both central brand marketing and channel marketing
？ Develop the programs that will maximize the brand's awareness and sales, through the event content and 360 communications that are meaningful to designers, developers, dealers and end consumers
？ Develop yearly PR communication plan, build and manage PR content and brand/product message house based on marketing plan.
？ Establish and maintain media relationship as well as the media database pool
？ Responsible for the top management media interview and briefing book development
？ Budget and agencies management with best ROI.



Requirements on knowledge & skills:
？ Bachelor degree or above with major in communications, marketing or advertising.
？ Minimum 5 years PR communications or events management experiences in both in-house and agencies.
？ Overseas education background with the working experience in retail, automobile is preferred.
？ Play as a hands-on manager who displays excellent problem-solving skills and the tenacity to succeed.
？ Strong capability and confidence to work cross functionally and to build relationships within and beyond the company.
？ Have the capability and confidence to serve as a brand advocate externally and with the media.
？ Good communication skills and team spirit to work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
？ Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
？ Good knowledge of EPR
？ English and Chinese fluency required.·
