1.A highly visible supply chain leader role that is directly responsible for all aspects of NPI & Phase Out related SC activities & process for both HBN & ESS.
2.This is a hands on position responsible for developing the plan with the LOB right through to the SCP DC Delivery Set Up. The person will be the point SC contact with LOB, SFM, Mix Planning, SCP, Factory & Procurement for all supply chain related issue.
3.The goal of the position is to establish the best possible Supply Chain flows which maximize customer experience and minimize the cost of overlap between Phase out products and New Product Introductions
4.Understanding of the overall supply chain design and capabilities are key to this position. This position is highly accountable for inventory and customer on time delivery.
5.Responsible for ensuring complete Supply Chain alignment among all groups
6.Factory Master Planning Alignment to ensure overlap from old to new is systemically driven
7.Prepare, report, communicate and track project performance weekly
8.International travel as required
