职位描述：
1.收到QC协调员的验货安排之后，准备验货的行程。
2.验货之前反复确认手上的验货文件包含必要的资料和其他参考资料。
3.验货之前跟工厂反复确认是否可以按期验货。
4.在出货之前依据AQL标准进行出货之前的质量检验。
5.验货之后报告质量检验的结果。
6.验货结束之后从工厂收集出货样。
7.协助工厂管理人员就相关的质量问题进行改进。
8.有任何疑问时，应与QC协调员或者业务员确认。
9.准备验货结果周报。

职位要求：

1. 有三年以及以上的相关工作经验。
2. 能吃苦耐劳，有良好的职业道德，对待工作认真、负责、自觉
3. 具有较为丰富的布料和杂货知识，懂得布料和杂货产品的生产工艺，尤其是对陶瓷、树脂、铁艺、蜜胺、竹木、太阳能灯、漆器等轻工产品有着丰富的产品知识和质检经验。
4. 对工厂出现的问题能够做出迅速反应，并在现场进行解决；
5. 良好的沟通、协调能力；
6. 具有基础的英语读写理解能力，能看得懂常用的质检英文资料和英文订单资料。


Job Description:
- To prepare inspection itinerary upon receipt of inspection schedule from the QC co-ordinator.
- To double check necessary information and other reference materials in the QC file are on hand before inspection.
- To double confirm with factories on the updated availability of inspection.
- To conduct quality inspections base on AQL for products before shipment.
- To report findings of quality inspection result.
- To issue cargo release certificate for orders passed inspection.
- To collect shipment sample from factory after inspection.
- To work with factory management to correct quality problem.
- To check with merchandisers and co-ordinator to clarify if any point is not clear.
- To prepare debit note to factory as a penalty in case supplier request for inspection but goods not available when inspector arrive factory.
- To prepare weekly inspection result statistical report.


Job Requirements:
- Relevant working experience above 3 years. (Electrical Inspection)
- Technical qualification in the products handled.
- Good understanding of quality requirements for the products handled and AQL system.
- Proficiency in English & Putonghua for effective report writing and communication with factory people in China.
- Good interpersonal skill to work with factory people for problem solving under pressure.
