In order to prepare for China business expanding and long-term development, Go-Trans China set up a strategic human resources development plan called GMTP(Go-Trans Management Trainee Program). Once being enrolled into this program, you will be trained systematically not only operational skills but also personal competencies including management and leadship skills. The company will also assign one designated senior manager to be your coach for your personal development in the company along your grow together with Go-Trans. After around 2 years learning/working by different positions/rotations, we hope the trainee can take relatively senior position in China or even worldwide.
