Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Provide daily and monthly sales report package
2 Provide and consolidate variance analysis against business plan and trend including product margin analysis, monthly performance, price increase etc.
3 Coordinate the budget and forecast process(Revenue & OPEX) and ensure high quality submission and in-depth analysis
4 Participate in the tracking and monitoring of key initiatives & KPI
5 Provide other ad hoc reports and analysis requested by District and China management team

Qualifications and Experience:
1 Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting/Finance
2 Solid working experience in financial planning & analysis (at least 3 years in manufacturing industry)
3 Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
4 Good team cooperation and communication skill
5 Familiar with ERP system(e.g. SAP) and other computer skills(Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
6 Fluent both in written and spoken English
7 Be willing to travel and mobility
