职位描述：
Position: Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities：
-Facilitate communication between office and stores, provide operational and administrative support to Retail Store in daily bases
-Responsible for supporting new shop opening and communication with mall management
-Assist in implementation of marketing activities and staff training program
-Maintain updated record and prepare consolidation reports
-Responsible for developing product information and training for the shop staff to enable understanding of merchandise strategies as well as the range’s feature and benefit
-Responsible for goods orders and prepare purchase order
-Responsible for the commodity sale and inventory analysis, setting inventory forecast plan, strictly control the company total inventory
-Responsible for goods enters sells saves the analysis and reasonable allocate products, ensure goods structure is reasonable
-Master file maintenance, reporting and support for POS system
-Help leaders to complete information collection and analysis of goods, summary, for the related decision provides data to support

Requirements：
-5 years work experience above, relative working experience Kids or Fashion apparel is preferred
-Good at capture products, market information and with higher marketing acuity
-Self-motivated, responsible, sharp and discerning
-Proficient in office software(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Good at data analysis and summary reports of retailing market
-Have a strong coordination skill and influencing skills
-Good command of English
