职位描述：

1.负责与客户洽谈，接收订单以及安排订舱、运输、货物跟踪、报关、结算等事宜；
2.制作海/空运单证及其它相关文件，负责录入应收应付费用，安排开发票事宜；
3.联系客户以及国外代理，与客户保持良好的沟通与交流；
4.维持与船公司，车队等相关部门良好的关系；
5.处理各类突发事件并及时向上级汇报；
6.完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

岗位要求：
1.中专及以上学历，航运及货代、外贸、英语专业毕业者优先；
2.两年以上货代操作经验；
3.熟悉货代操作流程，熟悉货运代理业务及相关专业知识；
4.英语应用熟练，熟悉office等办公软件；
5.工作认真负责，思维敏捷，有良好的客户服务意识以及沟通能力，协调能力强。
