岗位职责：
1.按时完成对相关货运信息、数据在操作系统中的准确录入工作；
2.参照客户要求，及时准确地完成HBL（或FCR）及其他相关信息的确认；
3.根据船公司（或co-loader）要求，在规定的时间内，准确完成MBL及其他所需信息的确认；
4.及时跟进并核对船开前的相关信息，例如：放关时间，靠港离港时间，集装箱网上数据等。
5.根据公司流程标准，及时将货运信息发送给国外代理。
6.根据客户所需及公司流程标准，及时寄送相关文件；
7.跟进费用支付情况；
8.协助操作完成其他相关工作；
9.按照公司流程标准结束文件并整理归档。

岗位要求：
1.认真仔细，学习、接受能力强，英文打字准确、快速；
2.情绪稳定，有良好的抗压能力、沟通能力和时间管理能力；
3.责任感强，有良好的团队协作精神；

此岗位工作地点在宁波分公司。
