Job responsibilities:
1.Follow up each application;跟进每单合同申请；
2.Contact customers directly and collect application materials;与客户直接沟通，收集申请材料；
3.Input and maintain CAP system;录入和维护CAP系统；
4.Communicate with FIs and help them to finish disbursement;与金融专员沟通，帮助完成支付；
5.Training FIs on-line if necessary;必要时在线培训金融专员；
6.Collect dealers’ feedback and make weekly report;收集经销商反馈并制定每周计划；
Competencies:
1. Good customer service mindset and communication skill.
2. Able to work under big pressure with independence, meet tight deadline, and service level agreement requirements.
3. Ability to work in a standardized environment with occasional variables.
4. Proactive, intelligent and detailed.
