Tasks /Area of Responsibility
A Achieve sales turnover and margin rate target in region
完成区域销售额和利润目标
1 Confirm sales and profit budgets and ensure that sales strategy in the region is developed, implemented and achieved, in order to ensure growth and overall market development.
确认销售和利润预算,确保在当地的销售战略是发展的、可执行的、可实现的,从而确保业务增长和整体市场的发展
2 Execute sales routine (contract, order, payment, and claim) according to company’s procedure.
依据公司章程执行日常销售工作,包括合同、订单 、付款 、索赔等
3 Sales and market analysis; make the forecast for monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenues.
销售和市场分析,准确预测月度、季度和年度销售收入
4 Develop new product sales channel based on company sales strategy and project management
根据公司销售战略和项目管理情况,发展新的产品销售渠道
B Key Account Customers and distributors’ management and development.
大客户和经销商的管理和发展
1 Develop and manage the distributors' network, (20%) develop new customers, and coordinate with key account customers.(80%)

2 Identify sales opportunities for customers, fully support customer in daily business and new product business development.
为客户确定销售机会,全力支持客户的日常业务和新产品的发展
3 Explore the local market situation, complete distributors network development based on company sales strategy.
探索当地市场行情,根据公司销售战略完成经销商网络的发展,取消国家批发经销商,开发新的经销商
4 With PMD, take product sales and technical training for customers periodically and compatibly, solve the problems independently and efficiently to satisfy the customers, support in the warranty cases.
与产品市场部门一起,进行产品销售,并定期地、适时地为客户进行技术培训,独立、有效地解决问题来满足客户需求
5 Complete project management standard procedure and statement, key account customer analysis, to offer relevant new product.
完成项目管理标准流程和规章,进行大客户分析,提供相关的新产品
C Demonstrate strong teamwork within the company.

1 Cooperate with Key Account Manager /KAM in-line with the new framework of the SOE Grand China strategy.
根据SOE品牌中国的新框架,与大客户经理 合作
1)support KAM to get relevant information (new projects, pricing, competition information, etc.)
支持KAM获取相关信息,包括新项目、价格、竞争信息等等.
2)Support KAM to speed the customer product release
支持KAM加快客户产品的发布
3)Collect the market information, competitors activity and plan etc, make favorable proposal to company.
收集市场信息、竞争者活动和计划等等,为公司提出有利的建议
2 Cooperate with FD on money collection, credit reviews and invoice etc.
在回收欠款、信用评估和发票等方面与财务部门合作
3 Cooperate with PMD; explore new product sales and product information collection etc.
与产品市场部门合作,探索新产品销售和产品信息收集等
4 Fully support and cooperate with all the other departments based on company requirement to achieve our target

Job Profile / Requirements
least 3-5 years working experience in related industry, with technical background is preferable.
Understanding of the automotive marketAt
Proficient in PC operation skill, presentation skill.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to travel frequently.
Independent, work under high pressure.
Motivational skills and negotiation skills.
Understanding, awareness and adaptation of future Market trends
Good command in English & Mandarin
Bachelor or above, Major in mechanical/automotive is preferable
