岗位职责：

1负责接听燃气客户电话、受理客户咨询、查询、投诉及相关业务等。

2该岗位实行五班三运转或白班的工作方式。

任职条件：

1.年龄：35周岁以下，特别优秀的应聘人员可将年龄适当放宽。

2.性别：女，外貌端庄，气质佳。

3.本科及以上，特别优秀的应聘人员可将条件放宽至大专文化程度。

4.有客户服务热线工作经验者优先。

5.口齿清晰，普通话标准，具备普通话二级乙等或同等水平。

6.思路清晰，具备良好的电话沟通能力，良好的解决问题的能力。

7.心理素质好，善于沟通，能够接受轮班、夜班及节假日工作安排，可适应较大工作强度和压力。

8.熟练掌握计算机WINDOWS等操作系统，熟悉办公软件OFFICE2007等常用软件，汉字录入速度达到60个/分钟，数字录入速度达到100个/分钟。
