职位描述：

1、根据公司的经营目标制订店面的月度、年度经营计划，并组织实施；

2、对店内员工工作的安排、监督和考核；

3、店内培训的组织和管理；

4、负责店面文件及档案管理工作;

5、负责店面服务质量及店面安全管理的日常工作;

6、执行上级安排的其他工作指令

岗位要求；

1、大专学历以上，专业不限；

2、1-2年汽车机电维修经验，1-2年4S店前台服务经验或独立其它行业店面管理2年以上工作者

3、有基础理论知识，分析问题思路清晰，良好的沟通和表达能力，出色的协调能力；

4、熟练应用现代办公系统，熟练的驾驶技能

5、工作压力承受能力、工作细心能力、责任感；
