职位描述：

工作地点：福建省漳州市；
公司提供班车每天往返 厦门，班车路线：前埔-金尚路-仙岳路-海沧大桥-高速公路-漳州

工作职责：

1. 根据订单需求和库存状况，通过MRP，发放采购订单，及时调整采购计划
2. 严格控制库存：执行安全库存控制，合理运用物料替代、型号转变、申请报废等方式处理呆滞、冗余库存，提高库存周转率
3. 跟进采购订单进度，处理订单交期、品质、付款等相关问题
4. 维护与发展外部供应商的良好合作关系，配合开发新的合格供应商
5. 根据需要，提供相关报表
6. 遵守EHSS（环境、健康、安全、可持续发展）相关的国家法律法规和公司政策制度，履行本岗位安全职责，并对本岗位安全生产负直接责任。
7. 经理分配的其他任务

Job responsibility:

1. Align with procurement requisition and inventory, issue PO through MRP, and adjust procurement plan in time.
2. Control inventory strictly: implement safety inventory control, handle inactive stock and redundancy by ways of material replacement, series type change, scrap and etc., to increase inventory turnover
3. Keep track of PO status, troubleshooting with urgent matters, like delivery delay, quality and other related problem.
4. Maintain healthy relationship with suppliers, help to develop and evaluate new suppliers
5. Prepare related work reports
6. Comply with EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) related government laws, regulations and company policy, fulfill safety duty of the position, and directly responsible for safety production of the position.
7. Carry out other tasks assigned by manager

任职资格：

1. 大学本科学历；
2. 两年以上外资大中型制造企业生产计划或物料控制工作经验
3. 较强的生产计划、物料控制能力
4. 对数字有较高的敏感度和分析能力
5. 熟练使用大型ERP软件(如Oracle，SAP)
6. 熟练运用Microsoft Office办公软件(word, excel, ppt.)
7. 较好的英语听说读写能力
8. 工作主动、积极，良好的沟通与协调能力

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience of planning, PMC in foreign companies
3. Solid production planning, material controlling skill
4. Strong data analysis ability
5. Proficient in MRP (oracle/sap) and Microsoft office software (word, excel, ppt.)
6. Good at Microsoft software (word, excel, ppt.)
7. Initiative, cooperative, communicative
