职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、确保对应学校教学质量、教务管理工作的实施与落实；定期汇报教学上的工作问题并找出解决方案。
2、负责对应学校外教的教学质量监管工作，需要定期安排外教准备公开课；走访学校听课。
3、负责对应学校外教的培训组织、落实每月考勤，考核与评估工作。
4、负责对应学校各项活动的组织与协调。

任职要求：
1.      本科及以上学历，从事培训或相关行业；
2.      2年以上教研、教学管理经验，熟悉学校或培训教学管理，具备独立教学管理的能力；
3.      较强的计划、组织、协调能力，良好的沟通交流技巧；
4.      优秀的教师职业操守和服务精神，品行良好，吃苦耐劳，正直，具有高度的责任心，热爱教育教学工作。
5.      流利的英语听说读写能力,师范教育类相关专业毕业,英语八级优先；
6.      有海外学习或工作经验者优先考虑。 举报 分享

   Zhe Jiang Haida International Education Co , Ltd was officially registered capital by Zhe Jiang Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce in December , 2004 . We have the national administrative license of foreign experts dispatch issued by the national administration of foreign experts affairs ( A3 ) , labor dispatch , recruitment agency , foreign language teachers ( mainly English ) professional training ( TEFL IN CHINA ) issued by the research center for recruitment information of the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs . Our business covers the dispatch of foreign educational experts , the recruitment of high-end economic and technological talents , the output of international teaching courses , Sino-foreign cooperative education and TEFL IN CHINA training , etc .
   Our company's history can be traced back to 1994 . Formerly known as the foreign expert service department of Zhejiang International Education exchange association , our main focus . then was to provide foreign educational experts and post-entry service management . Over the past 20 years , our company has been committed to the internationalization of education in China , and established a team of foreign teachers with strong experience , solid academic knowledge and a passion for developing a career in education in China .
