职位描述：
1. 协助负责工程全面技术工作，协助项目经理、工程技术经理完成工程技术管理工作。
2. 熟悉工程图纸，参与图纸会审、参与施工设计和施工方案的制定、技术交底工作，负责指导现场人员严格按照图纸要求和施工规范进行施工。
3. 深入施工现场，平衡协调施工程序，按照工程图纸指导和及时解决施工中出现的各种技术问题。
4. 负责现场工程质量和安全隐患解决，定期组织或阶段性巡查和验收，发现问题并及时协调解决。
5. 负责工程设备的使用和维修，在工程施工中进行技术指导。负责特殊型材、配件技术验收工作。
6. 负责图纸材料的计划、配备和编制，并及时与物料经理和物料员进行沟通。
7. 负责达标资料的安排、检查、指导，定期回收整理等工作。
8. 负责工程技术资料的整理、保管和提交工作，严格遵守技术资料保密制度，保持与设计单位的紧密联系。
9. 参与工程验收工作。
10. 完成项目经理、工程技术经理、总经理交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 本科及以上学历，给水排水专业等相关专业。
2. 3年以上市政工程技术管理工作经验，2个以上市政工程项目现场技术管理经验。
3. 适应能力强，责任心强、性格开朗、吃苦耐劳、踏实肯干、善于挑战。
4. 良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
