Key Accountabilities
· To provide & reply the accurate solution to store in ERP system
· To manage after sales repair and return process on managing the spare part stock, flows, lead-time.
· Immediately inform relevant dept/stores to follow up once get the feedback/solution from HQ.
· Monitor after sales service level/KPI, provide regular update to store for daily activity follow up.
· Ensure leadtime and pricing provided to the customer are reasonable accurately.
· Communicate and coordinate with colleague located in repair center on any after sales & quality matters
· Implement effective after sales service execution through coordination and follow up with stores
· Prepare after sales & quality training material and perform training to stores.
· Support team and perform any ad hoc projects/assignments as assigned by department head.
· Technical information translation provided by HQ if needed.
Job Requirements:
· 2-3 year’s relative experience in aftersales management, luxury company background is preferred.
· Excellent of excels, capability on use ERP is preferred.
· Good command of written and spoken English and local language.
· Good communication, detail mind and able to work independently.
· Multitasking and work under pressure is a must
· Self-motivated, confident and articulate
· Passion for fashion and a good understanding of fashion brands.
· Bachelor degree or above.
· CET 6 is preferred
