职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1) Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects assigned by the GM simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
2) Responsible for calendar management in china, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate variety of executive meetings while maintaining confidentiality of information at all times
3) Handle all written and spoken translation for the GM
4) Coordination and take care with government officials and guests for and on behalf of GM
5) Take up points discussed during important meetings as well as Review and summarize assigned reports and documents; prepare background documents, summarization and follow ups as necessary
6) Help GM in building relationship with Customer, vendors, government, etc.
7) Travel with GM to entertain customer, government officials and other important guests
8) Hotels and air flights booking for GM
9) Other duties assigned by GM

Job Requirements:
1) At least 3 years working experience as GM/CEO assistant
2) Excellent command of Written and Oral English.
3) Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4) Strong Communication and coordination skills.
