Materials Management  (m/f) Location: Shenzhen China

Your Tasks:

You optimize stock inventory and inventory structure

You will ensure merchandise planning rules of mass-related and demand-related items

You will be responsible for implementation of structure and inventory clearing actions

You will standardize the items master database system and its updating in the assigned product division

You will clarify discrepancies with logistics regarding quantities, labeling and prices

Your Profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training

Ideally you have first professional experience in materials management

You are a good team player and have strong interpersonal skills

You have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

You have a good command of Microsoft Office

You are working closely with sales and product marketing to realize customer requirements.

Order proposal / Order management / Weekly Backlog (checking & feedback)

Date type processing (Data Warehouse)

Delivery time and price queries

Pull in / Cancellation Requests (very frequently)

Contact with suppliers/forwarders about shipments

Complaint process management

Payment issues from suppliers (overdue)

POS reports

Ship & debit claims

Setup contract price in ALPHA

Stock Return

Requirement:

1. Good spoken & written in English;

2. At least 3 years working experience in electronic components purchasing field.

3. Having experience in international electronic components distributors is preferred.

4. Capable of working under pressure and having sense of teamwork. Capable of Working independently and carefully.
