岗位职责 YOUR TASKS

1.systematically advising and managing suppliers of the respective product lines with regard to quality performance and further development of the suppliers together with NF PL team in purchasing. systematically supporting implementation of the necessary quality requirements at suppliers

同NF PL团队一起对不同产品线的质量以及供应商的进一步开发提供系统的建议和管理，系统地支持供应商进行满足必要质量要求的改进。

2. evaluating the quality capabilities of suppliers within the context of selecting suppliers on the basis of Hella/NF requirements. releasing new suppliers, new locations and new processes in consultation with superiors and involved entities.

基于Hella/NF的要求对现有供应商进行质量评估，同主管和其他部门一起，通过新的供应商、新的地址和新的流程。

3. planning, coordinating, conducting system and process audits in accordance with current stipulations and requlations. sustained implementation of the audit action plans with the supplier. tracking and prioritizing quality-relevant risks.

基于现有法规，计划、协调、执行系统和流程审计，对供应商进行持续执行审计行动计划，跟踪和优化质量相关风险。

4. involvement in major complaints, quality problems caused by suppliers. producing suitable documents for the member companies concerning problems analysis and remedy in cooperation with the Hella/NF quality network.

介入由供应商引起的重大索赔和质量问题，通过与Hella/NF质量网络，创建适当的关于问题分析和解决方案的文件。

5. creating, further developing, introducing and supervising process, methods and tools of the QM supplier at NF. planning and coordinating the rollout. preparing training documents and conducting trainings.

在NF创建、进一步开发、引进和监管流程、供应商质量管理的方法和工具，计划和协调供应商质量管理活动的铺开，准备培训文件并提供培训。

6. Establish an NF approval PL suppliers audit process with clear process timeline.

建立NF供应商质量审核通过流程。

任职资格 YOUR QUALIFICATION

1. Technical college entrance qualification 本科及以上学历，技术背景

2. Strong negotiation skills 优秀谈判技巧

3. Great team player and excellent communication skills

4. Good command in Mandarin & English 熟练掌握普通话及英语具有团队合作精神及良好沟通技巧

5. More than 5 years quality related working experience, automotive industry is a must 5年以上相关工作经验，汽车行业

6. Project management skill 完善的项目管理技能
